There’s over 500 of you right now at the almost four months mark! I can’t believe it. Thank you all so much for liking what I do.

To show you how much I appreciate you all, I’ll be doing a five part followers gift. So this is Part One!!

Somebody asked if I was ever going to do Kids hair… So I decided to bring you four of them! They are Anto’s Enchantress and Mollie, and Nightcrawler’s Erratic and Crow. You can find the meshes (which you will need) below.

Hair comes in my The Neutral palette and custom texture based off of Pooklet’s. It has a custom thumbnail to be found more easily. Enchantress and Erratic are also HD Mod compatible.

Crazy trait by DrHouse93

Ah, insanity...who isn't fascinated by that? Luckily, EA gave us a nice Insane trait...which allows our Sims to just talk/flirt with themselves or with objects, and have random animations. Other than that, nothing more differentiates an Insane Sim from a normal one. That's why I think the Insane trait can't cover all the different degrees of Insanity, nor it can properly portrait characters like the Joker, Harley Quinn, or Albert Wesker. If you think that, too, this is the mod for you

WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?

It adds a brand new trait for your Sims: the Crazy trait. 

Crazy Sims are Playful by default, can't become Sad and Embarrassed, and build their Mischief skill and relationships faster! They can't become Focused, and Inspired, though

Here's the full feature list of the Crazy trait (apart from the above mentioned Emotions):

- Crazy sims lose Fun and Social at 1,5x speed
- Crazy sims lose Energy at 0,8x speed
- Crazy sims gain All Social Skills at 1,5x speed
- Crazy sims gain Comedy and Mischief skill at 1,5x speed
- Crazy sims have the same autonomy of Goofball and Mean sims, and the same autonomy of the Confident, Playful and Happy mood
- Crazy sims build their Mischief relationships at 1,5x speed
- Crazy sims have these whims:

• Become Confident
• Become Playful
• Tell a Joke
• Troll Web Forums
• Goof Around with Someone
• Do an Impression for Someone
• Play a Social Prank
• Flash Crazy Eyes at Someone
• Be Mischievous
• Admire Yourself in the Mirror
• Propose Crazy Scheme to Someone
• Tell an Unbelievable Story
• Show Off Muscles to Someone

- Crazy sims have access to the Mastermind interactions
- Crazy sims can't be Insane or Mastermind

Furthermore, it slightly changes the description of the default Insane trait, and makes it incompatible with the above mentioned Crazy trait and the Mastermind reward trait

 HOW TO INSTALL?

Simply extract the .package file and put it in your Mods folder

FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS

- Crazy sims instantly discover the traits of a new Sim when introducing themselves (similar to the Observant trait)
- Crazy sims can Laugh maniacally
- Psychopath trait (the evil and stone-hearted counterpart of the Insane trait)

I found these rugs on West Elm when looking for dining and bathroom inspiration. I really love jute rugs and I love colour, so these were right up my alley. There were only 14 initially, but i added a white and purple to round up the range of colours.

alright soooo this is somewhat of an informal release, but i’m going to go ahead and do it anyways :P

this is my first mesh that i’ve made and managed to get in-game. its far from perfect but is supposed to resemble those famous facades in soho! (u know the ones im talking about…). on the inside of the window i added a small bench seat type thing with 3 slots, so you can clutter up your windows or pose sims in them and whatnot. if you let them snap to grid, it will count the windows as being outside, thus using the outdoor lighting. i used alt key to position them so that they still went into the actual pane, but kept the indoor lighting. since the window is a sculpture, you will need this mesh here for the window pane.

i also suggest using these fire-escapes by @blackmojitos or these fire-escapes by @ichosim. 

tou: feel free to recolor and things like that, just don’t include the mesh and make sure you give me credit. if you message me i’ll give you the uv map outline for easy recoloring :) no reuploading, especially not to adfly or any paysite. tag me if you use them! i dont bite! 

theres maybe 10 different swatches for the windows. all the textures that i used are from peacemaker-ic and hvikis’ walls.
